Research Interest I am a pre-doctoral student and I´m working with the members of GRINVI in a visual space project that will be my PhD thesis. I´ve just begun my investigation and I am interested in knowing how people look at physical objects to create their cognitive representation of that object. Do we really look at the place of the physical object or do we look at a different place that is better for us to make the capture all the information for creating the cognitive representation of the object? To answer this and other questions I´m learning how to use hardware like an eye-tracker and virtual reality technology together with the required software. It is a hard road but I´m exciting to go for it.
